How it works

    Head size, eye height, background, glasses, expression and lighting are measured, and the photo is cropped to the 2×2 inch frame.

Fix it before you pay

Glasses on, a shadow on the wall, a tilted head: the check tells you exactly what to change, and you retake right away. You pay only after you have seen the result.

How does it work?

Choose your document, have someone take your photo against a plain white or off-white wall (or upload one), and see it checked against the main U.S. Department of State photo requirements. Fix anything flagged, pay once, and download.

Will my photo be accepted?

Our check covers the main photo requirements (size, head position, background, glasses, expression, lighting) before you pay. Also check yourself: no hat or headphones, no uniform, photo taken in the last 6 months. The passport or visa agency makes the final decision on every photo.

Do you edit or retouch my photo?

We never digitally alter your face or background - we only crop and size your photo to the official dimensions. The U.S. Department of State does not allow digitally altered photos.

What do I get?

A digital photo file (600×600 JPEG) for online applications. The complete option adds a 4×6 print sheet with two 2×2 photos, free retakes for 30 days.

Is it a subscription?

No. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription or recurring charge.

What happens to my photos?

Photos stay on your device and are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload if unpaid, or 30 days after purchase.. If you don't buy, they are deleted 24 hours after upload.

What if the agency rejects my photo?

If the passport or visa office rejects your photo for a requirement our check covers, send us the rejection notice within 30 days of purchase and we will help you retake it free of charge, or refund you if a retake does not solve it.
